We are very sorry to hear of your recent inconvenience with Health Way Pharmacies Inc. We are sorry that you received unsatisfactory customer service from our pharmacy earlier this month. We do not condone the service you received and the actions of the employees and hope this has not permanently damaged your relationship with us.
To restore your trust and confidence in Health Way we are offering you a full refund of $76, in which you paid for an incorrect prescription, along your next prescription free of purchase.
After thorough investigation, we were able to track the problem down to a logistical error. The pharmacist who mishandled your prescription has been placed on a suspension of one month pending further notice.
We at Health Way, again, do not condone the service you received and want to ensure that our valued customers, such as yourself, are treated with the care and respect the Health Way stands for. As such, we will be holding a corporate-wide seminar next month for our current and future staff to review logistical and procedural service for this pharmacy to ensure that an incident like this does not occur again.
For further precautions, we urge our customers to double-check their prescriptions before leaving the pharmacy. Each pharmacist at Health Way is a registered pharmacist in the state they practice and follows thorough guidelines, to guarantee customer safety and satisfaction.
Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and as a valued customer we hope that this has not tarnished your relationship with our company. You will be receiving a refund in the mail within the week and your next prescription is in our system to be paid for by Health Way.
